However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit, and we are here to help.

We offer replacements in the following cases:

• Broken or damaged items
• Non-functional products
• Incorrect items delivered

If your product falls under any of these categories, you can request a replacement. Please note that:

• For damaged or broken items,
